Abstract

Main raw materials of the animal forage comprise, by weight, 300 parts of fresh vinasse with the water content of 70%, 15 parts of corn flour, 0.225 parts of a microbial agent and an enzyme preparation, 0.5 parts of salt, 22.5 parts of soybean meal, and 10-50 parts of water (a water addition standard is that water has a trace but cannot dribble out during grasping of the material by hands); and the method comprises the following steps: all the raw materials are uniformly stirred in an automatic mixer (the vinasse is crushed in a crusher and then stirred if the vinasse is brewer's grain); and after the raw materials are taken out, the raw materials are fermented in a continuous fermentation cylinder which is specially designed for vinasse fermentation at 25-35DEG C for 2-5 days (the time is determined according to the temperature). The method has the advantages of simple operation, environmental protection, improvement of the palatability of animals, low preparation cost and the like. The continuous fermentation cylinder specially designed for the vinasse fermentation, which is used for fermenting and storing, makes the vinasse fermentation be simple and rapid and the labor force be saved.
