Embodiment 1

[0027] Weigh 1.5g of PVC with an average degree of polymerization (n value) of 600, dissolve it in 50mL of tetrahydrofuran solution, stir until dissolved, obtain a clear PVC solution, and let stand to defoam;

[0028] Put the glass slide in a solution of ethanol: water = 1:1, let it stand for 3 hours, take it out and dry it;

[0029] Spread the PVC solution on a glass slide, spread it naturally, and place it at room temperature with a relative humidity of 80% for 15 minutes to obtain a PVC microporous film.

[0030] figure 1 Shown is the SEM picture of the obtained PVC microporous film, and it can be seen that the pore diameter of the obtained film is about 9 μm.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation process for a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) microporous membrane. A PVC solution is prepared by a solvent with strong volatility and a low boiling point through a water-drop template method, and the solvent naturally spreads out to be solidified into a membrane in a high-humidity environment. The pore size and the pore diameter distribution are controlled through regulating the solid-to-liquid ratio and the degree of polymerization of PVC and the humidity of the membrane-forming environment. The PVC microporous membrane prepared by the preparation process disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the pore diameter distribution is even, the pore size can be easily controlled, and the pore size is between 1mum and 15mum. As the water-drop template method is adopted by the preparation process for the PVC microporous membrane, the method is simple and is simple and convenient in operation, and no template loss is generated. The raw material is easy to get, is low in cost and has no toxic or pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation process of a microporous film, specifically, a PVC microporous film material is prepared by using a water drop template method. Background technique [0002] In recent years, since microporous materials have been widely used in catalysis, biology, membrane separation, adsorption and optical materials, research on how to prepare regular microporous thin film materials has gradually become a hot topic. At present, the methods for preparing microporous films include gel sol, thermally induced phase separation and so on. These methods usually have the disadvantages of inconvenient operation, complicated process, fixed template size, and the formation of membrane at the expense of template. [0003] In 1994, the French scientist Francois first proposed the water drop template method, which provides a new way for the preparation of regular honeycomb microporous films, and is a major advance in the preparation of microp...
