Abstract

The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps of: carrying out premixing on the extracting agent and the rubber-grafted styrene resin copolymer in a spray mode in a low speed mixer, adding the premixed materials, the thermoplastic resin, the lubricant and the antioxidant from a double-screw extrusion charging hole with a degasser and carrying out melt mixing at a temperature of 200 to 280 DEG C to obtain melt; and applying a low pressure of below 300mbar to a degassing region, ensuring the melt to stay in the degassing region for 20 to 50s, extruding and cooling to obtain the thermoplastic resin composition.
