Abstract

The invention provides a cleaning method and special cleaning equipment for hydrosol. The cleaning method for hydrosol comprises the following steps of: (1) establishing a cleaning cavity chamber, and loosely laying components to be cleaned in a cleaning station; (2) injecting clean water into the cleaning cavity chamber until the components to be cleaned are enabled to be completely immersed in liquid environment; (3) heating the liquid environment, constantly maintaining a water temperature for 10-30 minutes, discharging liquid above the cleaning station, and carrying out a circulated spray for the components for 3-10 minutes by utilizing remaining liquid in the cleaning cavity chamber; (4) after finishing the circulated spray, emptying liquid in the cleaning cavity chamber, and carrying out a continuous spray for the components to be cleaned for 3-10 minutes by adopting clean water; and (5) carrying out air-blowing and drying for the components by hot wind at a temperature of 40-60 DEG C so as to finally finish eluting and drying of hydrosol. According to the cleaning method, requirements on temperature, surface protection, static electricity shielding and the like of the components are met, and meanwhile cleaning quality and efficiency are remarkably increased.
