Embodiment 1

[0031] In a tea garden, the nano-selenium plant nutrient produced by Suzhou Selenium Technology Co., Ltd. was selected, and the selenium content was 5.0×10 3 mg / kg. Mix evenly with crushed soil with a moisture content of 10% at a ratio of 1:6. Fertilization furrows of 10-20 cm in depth and width were opened at the roots of tea trees, and 35 g / mu and 15 g / mu of selenium were applied in November-December and February-March of the next year, respectively. After tea making, the content of selenium in the finished tea was detected.

[0032] After testing, the selenium content in the tea leaves reached 0.89 mg / kg after the selenium nutrient was applied.

Embodiment 2

[0034] In a tea garden, the nano-selenium plant nutrient produced by Suzhou Selenium Technology Co., Ltd. was selected, and the selenium content was 5.0×10 3 mg / kg. Mix with crushed soil with a moisture content of 10% and a certain amount of calcium oxide at a ratio of 1:6. The dosage of calcium oxide is 0.2 kg / mu each time. Fertilization furrows of 10-20 cm in depth and width were opened at the roots of tea trees, and 35 g / mu and 15 g / mu of selenium were applied in November-December and February-March of the next year, respectively. After tea making, the content of selenium in the finished tea was detected.

[0035] After testing, the selenium content in the tea leaves reached 0.97 mg / kg after the selenium nutrient was applied.

Embodiment 3

[0037] In a tea garden, the nano-selenium plant nutrient produced by Suzhou Selenium Technology Co., Ltd. was selected, and the selenium content was 5.0×10 3 mg / kg. Mix it with crushed soil with a moisture content of 10% in a ratio of 1:6. Fertilization furrows of 10-20 cm in depth and width were opened at the roots of tea trees, and 35 g / mu and 15 g / mu of selenium were applied in November-December and February-March of the next year, respectively. After each fertilization, the dosage of potassium nitrate was 0.2 kg / mu, and 100 L of aqueous solution was prepared to irrigate the fertilization area. After tea making, the content of selenium in the finished tea was detected.

[0038] After testing, the selenium content in the tea leaves reached 1.02 mg / kg after the selenium nutrient was applied.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving selenium fertilizer absorption efficiency of tea trees. The method is characterized by applying selenium transformation accelerators which accelerate transformation from selenium to selenites and selenium absorption accelerators which can change the rhizosphere microenvironments of the tea trees, prevent the existing plant available selenium in the soil from being transformed to other forms and promote selenium absorption of the roots of the tea trees to the soil while applying selenium nutrients. By adopting the method, on one hand, the absorbability is enhanced by enlarging the contact area of the root system and the selenium nutrients, and on the other hand, the selenium forms in the selenium nutrients are transformed to the chemical forms beneficial to absorption of the tea tree root system and absorption is promoted, thus improving the utilization rates of the selenium nutrients by over 50%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the selenium fertilizer absorption efficiency of tea trees, belonging to the technical field of agricultural fertilization. technical background [0002] Selenium, element symbol Se, is an essential trace element for the human body and is the active center of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). It has biological characteristics such as anti-cancer and anti-cancer, anti-oxidation and anti-aging, improving human immunity, and antagonizing heavy metals. Selenium in the food chain mainly comes from soil. If the distribution of selenium content in soil in different regions is uneven, it is an important direction for agricultural production research to implement and carry out targeted selenium-enrichment work based on local selenium-poor soil clues. Optimizing the selenium content level in the food chain is an important direction for agricultural production research. 72% of counties (cities) in my country have l...
