A discharging device is transversely connected with a discharging opening of a polymerization kettle; the outlet of the discharging device is connected with a grinding device which is internally provided with a cutting screw rod; one end of the cutting screw rod is connected with a motor, and the other end of the cutting screw rod is connected with a weighing material box; a discharging screw rod is arranged at the bottom inside the weighing material box and is vertically connected with a material conveying screw rod outside a box body; the tail end of the material conveying screw rod is connected with a granulator; and a blanking valve is arranged on a pipeline between the discharging opening of the polymerization kettle and the discharging device. According to the polyacrylamide cutting and conveying device disclosed by the invention, equipment and operation systems can realize that in an industrial production process of polyacrylamide, with the mounting cost 80% less than that of the previous process, and on the basis of automation, colloids with smaller grain sizes can uniformly enter the granulator, and the colloids which enter the granulator by virtue of the material conveying screw rod are most dispersed colloids with small grain sizes, the granulator can achieve the capacity of 1 ton to 50 tons per hour within a normal load, and further, the capacity of a single production line can reach 15,000 tons per year.
