Problems solved by technology

[0002] Under the situation that our country is vigorously promoting building energy conservation, all buildings should meet the corresponding energy-saving standards, but at present, most of the insulation materials are organic matter. In the actual implementation process, the contradiction between insulation and fire prevention is very prominent. About 80% of the external wall insulation material market is organic materials. The most widely used foamed polystyrene (EPS) boards, extruded polystyrene boards (XPS), and sprayed polyurethane (SPU), polystyrene particles in external wall insulation projects etc. However, the flammability of organic materials is difficult to solve, which has led to many major fire accidents; most of the fire-resistant properties are inorganic materials, such as expanded perlite, hollow vitrified microspheres, closed-cell perlite, rock wool , mineral wool, glass wool, etc., and the insulation effect of inorganic materials is relatively poor, which cannot meet the energy-saving standards required by the current building exterior wall insulation requirements.
Organic materials are not fireproof, and the poor thermal insulation performance of inorganic materials has always been a prominent contradiction of building exterior wall insulation materials. Therefore, it is necessary to provide and promote a flame-retardant thermal insulation material

Embodiment Construction

[0012] In order to enable those skilled in the art to further understand the characteristics and technical content of the present invention, the present invention will be illustrated through the following examples.

[0013] Raw material ratio:

[0014]

[0015] Mix and stir evenly to obtain a high-efficiency flame retardant;

[0016] Mix the prepared high-efficiency flame retardant with 43kg of polystyrene EPS foam particles, mix and stir evenly, and then air-dry at room temperature for 3-5 minutes to form a state where the flame retardant evenly wraps polystyrene EPS foam particles, and then the high-efficiency The mixture of flame retardants evenly wrapping polystyrene EPS foam particles is put into a mold press machine for compression molding, and cut into plates of any size.

Abstract

The invention discloses a flame-retarding polystyrene heat insulation material. The flame-retarding polystyrene heat insulation material is characterized by comprising, by weight, expandable polystyrene (EPS) foaming particles 80-90% and efficient fire retardant 10%-20%, wherein the efficient fire retardant comprises, by weight, magnesium hydrate fire retardant 3%-5%, superfine graphite 1%-6%, kaolin 1%-3%, pigment 1%-3% and water 3%. A preparation method of the flame-retarding polystyrene heat insulation material comprises the steps of (1) evenly mixing and stirring the magnesium hydrate fire retardant, the superfine graphite, the pigment and the water according to raw material proportioning; (2) evenly mixing and stirring prepared efficient fire retardant and EPS foaming particles and then air-drying a mixture at the normal temperature for 3-5 minutes to enable the efficient fire retardant to evenly wrap the EPS foaming particles; (3) placing the mixture, namely the efficient fire retardant evenly wrapping the EPS foaming particles into a model pressing machine to be pressed and formed and cutting the formed mixture into plates with any size. The flame-retarding polystyrene heat insulation material has the advantages of being simple in manufacture, light in mass, fireproof and good in heat-preserving effect.
