Abstract

The invention relates to a production technology of fenumgreek gum. The technology comprises the following technical steps: 1) using a seed grader to clean and screen fenumgreek seeds so as to remove stones and soil blocks; 2) using a wetting conditioner to add 30 DEG C warm water in the fenumgreek seeds with impurities removed according to a weight ratio of 10%, stirring for 40min, soaking; 3) treating the soaked fenumgreek seeds by using rolling equipment in cooperation with an air-suction separator, extracting fenumgreek gum; 4) placing fenumgreek gum in a vacuum reactor, adding 50wt% of water and 5wt% of epoxypropane at 60 DEG C to treat fenumgreek gum so as to obtain gum slices; 5) using tackifying equipment to grind and tackify the gum slices; 6) using airflow drying equipment to dry the ground and tackified gum slices, wherein the instant drying temperature is 110 DEG C and the passing time of the material is 8-10s; 7) using a pulverizer to process the dried gum slices into 120-200 meshes fine powder; and 8) using automatic metering and packaging equipment to package the finished product. By adopting the production technology of fenumgreek gum, the production cost is reduced and the process is simplified.
