Problems solved by technology

However, there are no reports on the application of serum / plasma microRNA in auxiliary judgment and risk assessment of ovarian diseases. If specific or abnormally expressed serum / plasma microRNA related to Markers, and the development of corresponding detection kits, will greatly improve the detection level of ovarian tumor diseases

example 1

[0169] Example 1. Select 100 patients who have been diagnosed with malignant ovarian tumors (including 41 cases of serous adenocarcinoma, 32 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma, 15 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and 12 cases of clear cell carcinoma), breast cancer patients, lung cancer patients 30 patients with stomach cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer, and 30 normal people. Peripheral blood was collected on an empty stomach in the early morning, and the entire detection method was the same as above. The results are shown in Table 8 below:

[0171]

[0172]

[0173] From the data in the above table, it can be known that the proportion of RQ>0.2 in ovarian cancer is significantly higher than that of other cancers, that is, miR-106b is highly specific in ovarian cancer and can be used as an auxiliary treatment for individual ovarian tumors. The basis for screening, early detecti...

Abstract

The invention discloses a serologic biomarker miR-106b (microRNA) for detecting ovarian tumor. A sequence of the serologic biomarker miR-106b (microRNA) is uaaagugcugacagugcagau. The invention further discloses application of the serologic biomarker miR-106b in preparing a kit for screening ovarian tumor or aiding in pathological appraisal and clinical diagnosis of ovarian tumor. The kit comprises a reverse transcription system and a primer system / primer probe system. The reverse transcription system comprises reverse transcriptase, reverse transcription system buffer and RNA (ribonucleic acid) enzyme inhibitor. The primer system comprises a stem-loop reverse transcription primer and a cDNA (complentary DNA) amplification primer in the miR-106b, and a stem-loop reverse transcription primer and an amplification primer in miR-16. The primer probe system comprises a stem-loop reverse transcription primer, a cDNA amplification primer and a probe in the miR-106b, and a stem-loop reverse transcription primer, an amplification primer and a probe in the miR-16.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of biotechnology and medicine, and relates to a biomarker of ovarian cancer tumor-serum microRNA-106b (miR-106b), a screening method thereof, and an application in assisting ovarian screening and clinical diagnosis. Background technique [0002] Ovarian cancer (ovarian carcinoma) is one of the common tumors of female reproductive organs, most of which are caused by gene mutations in ovarian epithelial cells and inclusion cyst tissue epithelial cells under the action of various carcinogenic factors, resulting in uncontrolled cell proliferation. Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignancy with a very high mortality rate. Its histological forms are diverse, and it is a highly heterogeneous tumor with high incidence, slow disease progression, and difficult to detect early symptoms; Strong, long natural lifespan and so on. In clinical examination, CA-125 level detection, ultrasonography, and CA-125 dynamic monitoring co...
