Embodiment 1

[0022] There are 190 samples of genetic resources in the northern spring soybean landrace population, including nine quantitative trait data including growth days, plant height, crude protein, crude fat, stearic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid ( http: / / icgr.caas.net.cn / ), in the "germplasm data query" module, select "soybean", and then specify the query conditions to get the required data), summarized in Table 1. The total number of samples is 190. According to the existing funds and actual needs, the core germplasm sampling ratio is set at 20%. The commonly used Z-score standardization method was used to standardize the data of all 190 samples of 9 quantitative traits in the original population, excluding the influence of dimension. According to the standardized original population data, the genetic distance between each sample was calculated using the commonly used Euclidean distance method. Sort all the genetic distances in descending orde...

Embodiment 2

[0029] There are 138 genetic resources samples of Yunnan maize landrace groups, including 10 quantities of plant height, ear height, number of main stem leaves, growth days, ear length, ear diameter, thousand-grain weight, crude fat, crude protein and crude total starch Trait data (http: / / icgr.caas.net.cn / ), in the "germplasm data query" module, select "corn", and then specify the query conditions to get the required data), summarized in Table 2. The total number of samples is 138. According to the existing funds and actual needs, the sampling ratio of core germplasm is set at 25%. The commonly used Z-score standardization method was used to standardize the data of all 138 samples of 10 quantitative traits in the original population, and the influence of dimension was excluded. According to the standardized original population data, the genetic distance between each sample was calculated using the commonly used Euclidean distance method. Abstract

The invention provides a sampling method for improving the representativeness of a core germplasm of plant genetic resources. The sampling method comprises the following steps of: collecting different trait data of genetic resource samples, and determining the sampling ratio of core germplasms; standardizing all sample data; calculating the genetic distance between every two samples; ordering all genetic distances according to the sequence from large to small, and finding the smallest genetic distance; finding various samples corresponding to the smallest genetic distance and storing one sample randomly; recalculating the genetic distances between every two samples for all remaining samples; ordering the genetic distances according to the sequence from large to small, and finding the smallest genetic distance; deleting the samples according to the method; and performing the steps repeatedly, and reducing a popularization size continuously until reaching the determined sampling ratio, wherein the remaining samples form the core germplasm. By the method, the genetic diversity of core samples and the representativeness of the core germplasm are ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of germplasm resource research in plant breeding, in particular to a sampling method for improving the representativeness of core germplasm of plant genetic resources. Background technique [0002] Core collection is a hotspot in the research of germplasm resources. The construction of core germplasm is to use scientific methods to select a part of samples from the entire germplasm resources, and to represent the diversity of the entire genetic resources as much as possible with the smallest amount of genetic resources. The purpose of constructing the core collection is to solve the problem that the ever-expanding scale of the collection restricts the preservation and utilization of the collection. Once the core germplasm is established, it can be preferentially preserved, evaluated, researched and utilized, so as to improve the management and utilization level of the entire germplasm resource bank. The construction...
