Embodiment 1

[0017] What this embodiment deals with is 120m 3 Pig farm biogas slurry 1: its concentration is 42.95mg / L and 418.56mg / L. The specific implementation steps are as follows: First, the biogas slurry enters the reaction tank 1, and 1200 kg of papermaking lime mud powder that has been dried, ground and modified is added to make the pH value of the biogas slurry 9.5, and stirred for 15 minutes at a stirring speed of 200 r / min. Add 3.88kg and 6.07kg to the mud. The mixed solution reacted in the reaction tank 1 flows into the sedimentation tank 2 by gravity, and stays in the sedimentation tank 2 for 20-30 minutes. 91.29%, 91.50%. After the settled sludge is concentrated in the sludge thickening tank 3, the concentrated solution is returned to the reaction tank 1, and the concentrated sludge is dehydrated by the decanter unloading sedimentation centrifuge 4, and the speed of the decanter unloading sedimentation centrifuge 4 is 1100-1300r / min. The centrifugation time is 10-15 minute...

Embodiment 2

[0019] What this embodiment deals with is 190m 3 Pig farm biogas slurry 2: its concentration is 85.64mg / L and 796.82mg / L. The specific implementation steps are as follows: First, the biogas slurry enters the reaction tank 1, and 1900 kg of dried and ground paper-making lime mud powder is added to make the pH value of the biogas slurry 9.5, stirred for 15 minutes at a stirring speed of 200 r / min, and added to the paper-making lime mud 7.36kg, 11.55kg. The mixed solution reacted in the reaction tank 1 flows into the sedimentation tank 2 by gravity, and stays in the sedimentation tank 2 for 20-30 minutes. 93.38% and 92.18%. The centrifugation time is 10-15 minutes,...

Embodiment 3

[0021] What this embodiment deals with is 80m 3 Pig farm biogas slurry 3: its concentration is 53.18mg / L and 674.26mg / L. The specific implementation steps are as follows: First, the biogas slurry enters the reaction tank 1, and 800 kg of papermaking lime mud powder that has been dried, ground and modified is added to make the pH of the biogas slurry 9.5, and stirred for 15 minutes at a stirring speed of 200 r / min. Add 6.32kg and 9.78kg to the mud. The mixed solution reacted in the reaction tank 1 flows into the sedimentation tank 2 by itself, and stays in the sedimentation tank 2 for 20-30 minutes. 92.76% and 93.57%. The centrifugation time is 10-15 minutes, and...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recovering nitrogen and phosphorus from biogas slurry from pig farms. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a certain amount of magnesium ammonium phosphate crystal into papermaking white clay to modify the papermaking white clay; adding the modified papermaking white clay into biogas slurry in which neutralization and chemical precipitation reaction are carried out; and thus, removing the nitrogen and phosphorus from the biogas slurry in form of precipitate. The method can reduce treatment cost. The precipitate contains rich organic matters and nutrients needed by plants for growth such as nitrogen and phosphorus, and can be used to make organic compound fertilizers for promoting the growth of the plants. The method changes waste into valuable materials.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention is a water treatment technology field, which involves a method of nitrogen and phosphorus recovery in biogas in pig farms. Background technique [0002] Pigry farm feces wastewater is an organic wastewater rich in nitrogen and phosphorus. In recent years, the pig breeding industry has developed rapidly, the scale has continued to expand, and the harm of feces wastewater caused by the followers of feces has also become more and more harmful to the environment. The anaerobic digestion of biogas pools is currently the most popular processing process for the application of pig farm wastewater in my country. The liquid of the pig farm wastewater after anaerobic and digestion is a biogas.According to the "Journal of Agricultural Engineering", 2011, Vol. 27, Page 294, Jin Hongmei and others, Jin Hongmei and others on the detection and analysis of Jiangsu Province's large and medium -sized biogas engineering boys.(Average 887.2 mg / L), the total p...
