Abstract

The coating is a water-based spraying coating prepared by adding a nano accessory ingredient into a liquid rubber asphalt mastic emulsion component which is prepared from modified-emulsified asphalt and high-molecular polymer rubber latex and then mixing the liquid rubber asphalt mastic emulsion component with a coagulating agent component in proportion. A spraying quick-setting modified asphalt waterproof material is obtained by adding the nano accessory ingredient into the product and has better mechanical property and anti-aging property. After the nano accessory ingredient is added, an elastic coating film has strong bonding strength which is 0.9MPa, tensile strength which is greater than 1 MPa, high elastic recovery rate which is greater than 1000%, and excellent anti-aging property, has saline-alkaline tolerance and has the advantages of convenience in construction, high efficiency and quick forming of films. The nano spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is suitable for metro tunnels and underground waterproof engineering, and can be used for overcoming the defects of the traditional coiled material in the metro tunnel construction and satisfying the high requirement on the waterproof material in the metro tunnel engineering at the same time.
