The nacelle cover is formed of a composite material which can comprise, for example, an outer layer made of a fiber material or fiber mats such as glass fiber mats and an interposed foam layer. A conductor layer, for example a mesh, a woven fabric or a coating made of conductive material is integrated between the fiber layers of the composite material to provide electromagnetic shielding of the nacelle.
