The functionalized graphene is amino-containing functionalized graphene or sulfhydryl-containing functionalized graphene. The functionalized graphene contains amino or sulfhydryl group, and therefore, can be better dispersed in the system, and the amino or sulfhydryl group can react with epoxy group in the epoxy resin, thereby enhancing the binding force of the coating; and besides, the graphene has a flake structure and a large radius-thickness ratio and is arranged as a plurality of layers in the coated film in parallel, and therefore, the conducting paint has favorable conductivity and adhesiveness.
