The traditional Chinese medicine solid granule tablets are obtained by tabletting and coating traditional Chinese medicine solid granules, and are prepared by mixing and pelletizing the following components in percentage by weight: 2-10 percent of curcuma zedoary volatile oil, 10-40 percent of Wuling mycelia powder, 10-40 percent of dry extract prepared by curcuma zedoary residues, thunberg fritillary bulb and rhizoma alismatis and 10-75 percent of other preparation accessories, wherein the curcuma zedoary volatile oil is included with beta-cyclodextrin by adopting the saturated water solution method; solid and liquid in an inclusion compound are separated from each other; and the inclusion compound is pelletized after being mixed with the Wuling mycelia powder, then is prepared to the traditional Chinese medicine granule tablets.
