Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating municipal sewage plant surplus sludge with earthworms, which comprises the following steps: (1) making a simple earthworm cultivation bed of which the four walls and bottom are provided with vent holes, wherein the earthworm cultivation bed is divided into a dry straw layer, a lime sludge lower layer, a cattle manure or pig manure layer and a lime sludge upper layer from bottom to top; (2) putting earthworms into the cultivation bed, and standing for 21 days while controlling the temperature in the earthworm cultivation bed at 15-30 DEG C, thereby converting dry straws, sludge and cattle manure or pig manure into earthworm manure; and (3) after the sludge is completely decomposed by the earthworms, pouring all the material in the cultivation bed onto a screen, and separating the earthworms, earthworm manure and undecomposed straws, wherein the little earthworms are recycled, and the earthworm manure is dried under the sun or with a drying apparatus.
