Embodiment 1

[0047] The lactide-glycolide copolyester fiber with a diameter of 0.1mm was cross-woven into a tube with an inner diameter of 3mm with a network structure, and then the tube was sheathed on a metal rod with an outer diameter of 3mm and placed After 5 minutes in an oven at 80°C, the fibers are bonded to each other at the intersections, and then cooled and taken off to obtain a tube with no loose fibers. The radial support force per cm of this stent is 1300 cN.

Embodiment 2

[0049] The lactide-glycolide copolyester fiber with a diameter of 0.6mm is cross-woven into a tube with an inner diameter of 36mm with a network structure, and then this tube is sheathed on a metal rod with an outer diameter of 36mm and placed After 5 minutes in an oven at 80°C, the fibers are bonded to each other at the intersections, and then cooled and taken off to obtain a tube with no loose fibers. The radial support force per cm of this stent is 345 cN.

Embodiment 3

[0051] The lactide-glycolide copolyester fiber with a diameter of 0.1mm is cross-woven into a tube with an inner diameter of 36mm with a network structure, and then the tube is placed on a metal rod with an inner diameter of 36mm. After 5 minutes in an oven at 80°C, the fibers are bonded to each other at the intersections, and then cooled and taken off to obtain a tube with no loose fibers. The radial support force of this stent per cm is 167 centiN.

Abstract

The invention relates to a thermoplastic degradable fabric woven bracket and a preparation method thereof. The thermoplastic degradable fabric woven bracket is a hollow pipe formed through crosswise weaving thermoplastic degradable fabrics; and fabrics are bonded together in the crossed points. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weaving the degradable fabrics into the pipe with a net structure; (2) bonding the fabrics in the pipe in the crossed points in a heat treatment or thermo-compression way to prevent fabric loosing, so that the bracket has a higher radial supporting force; (3) after the pipe is coated with carapace-acetic acid-water solution, placing into absolute ethyl alcohol to form a carapace coating; and (4) removing ethanol from a vacuum oven to obtain the thermoplastic degradable fabric woven bracket with the carapace coating. The bracket has a higher radial supporting force, and can be completely degraded in the human body.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a thermoplastic degradable fiber braided stent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a thermoplastic degradable fiber braided stent used for supporting internal pipelines of the human body and preventing narrow or blocked internal pipelines of the human body and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] A stent is a type of medical device used to fix the implant in the body and provide support for the tubular tissue for anastomosis. In today's medical interventional operations, the stents that need to be implanted are not only blood vessels, but also biliary tract, urinary tract, trachea, esophagus, pancreatic duct, etc., of which the cardio-cerebrovascular is the most used. Tracing back to the history of the use of stents, Dotter used a percutaneous endovascular stent in 1969. In 1969, a spring-like tube made of stainless steel wire was implanted in the peripheral artery of the dog. The result showed ...
