Embodiment 1

[0021] Add 1g graphite powder to 100g aqueous solution with concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium hydroxide (add 2g concentrated sulfuric acid and 6g potassium hydroxide) under stirring, and continue stirring for 2h (stirring temperature: 60°C, stirring speed: 150rpm) . Ultrasonic disperse the mixed solution at 20°C for 0.5h, vacuum filter the dispersion, rinse with deionized water, add 0.5g of the obtained filter cake into 100g of deionized water and ultrasonically disperse again at 30°C for 0.5h , and then the dispersion was centrifuged at 3000rpm for 10min to obtain the upper liquid which was graphene solution (concentration was about 0.2wt%).

[0022] 5g mulberry silk is put into 95g concentration and is 0.5wt% Na 2 CO 3 Treat in aqueous solution at 80°C for 30 minutes, then wash with deionized water three times to remove sericin. Take 4g of degummed protein and dissolve it in 96g of CaCl with a temperature of 80°C and a concentration of 50wt%. 2 In aqueous solution...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing graphene/ silk composite fiber. The method comprises the steps of: oxidizing graphite powder by using acid, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersing and stripping to obtain graphene solution; mixing the obtained graphene solution with degummed silk fibroin and formic acid to obtain spinning solution; and carrying out electrospinning on the spinning solution by an electrostatic spinning device to obtain the graphene/ silk composite fiber. The method is simple in preparation technology, can effectively improve the mechanical property of the silk fiber and is easy to popularize and use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing graphene / silk composite fibers. Background technique [0002] Silk is a kind of natural protein fiber, which has been widely used in biomedical materials due to its rich source, good mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Usually, silk fibers are connected together by sericin, which can easily cause inflammation in the body, so silk needs to be "degummed" before further application. Since silk fibroin is purified from the silk solution after degumming, the secondary structure has changed, which leads to some defects in the mechanical properties of silk fibroin, so to solve this problem, it is necessary to Its modification makes the mechanical properties meet the requirements of biomedical materials. In order to improve the mechanical properties of silk fibroin, researchers at home and abroad have developed many modification me...
