The staff metabolism simulation system mainly comprises an oxygen concentration simulation unit, a carbon dioxide simulation unit, a nitrogen simulation unit and a humidity simulation unit. The staff metabolism simulation system is connected with a sealed cabin through pipelines, and air circulates between the staff metabolism simulation system and the sealed cabin of the manned spacecraft. According to an input simulation staff number and each staff metabolism mode, a control system calculates control targets of the heat production quantity, the humidity production quantity, the oxygen consumption quantity and the carbon dioxide increase quantity in combination with a metabolism based empirical formula, and controls a fan, a valve, a compressor, a molecular sieve, a flow controller, a pump and a heater so as to achieve the control targets through data such as temperatures, pressure, flow and oxygen concentration in an acquisition system according to preset control logic.
