The invention discloses a metallocene metal alloy catalyst, which is composed of the following components by weight percent: 40-65% of metallic copper, 30-50% of metallic aluminum, 10-20% of metallocene and 1.2-2.2% of one of rare metals cobalt, zirconium and tungsten. According to the metallocene metal alloy catalyst and a preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention, the metallocene is added into a copper-aluminum alloy substrate, and because the metallocene polymer has good processability, high strength and good rigidity and transparency, the temperature-resistant and chemicals-resistant properties are improved remarkably. In particular, compared with the traditional solid catalyst, the metallocene catalyst has the advantages that the polymer with random stereoregularity can be obtained only by changing the symmetry of a ligand. Therefore, the metallocene catalyst has great advantages in olefin polymerization.
