Abstract

The invention relates to a medicinal preparation capable of increasing bone mineral density and improving osteoporosis. The preparation contains specific amounts of the active components consisting of D-glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate, calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 and the like. The preparation provided by the invention can substantially promote healing of fracture, which may be related to the fact that the preparation promotes activity of osteoblasts and increases expression of bone morphogenetic protein in fracture healing in an early stage. Both a medicine and a health product can be prepared from the preparation. Based on modern research, the preparation supplements calcium and vitamin D to exert the definite functions of bone mineral density increasing and osteoporosis improving; and the preparation exerts certain effects on improving ostalgia, arthralgia, osteoarthritis, hyperosteogeny, periarthritis of shoulder, sciatica, numbness of limbs and the like through supplementing D-glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate.
