Embodiment 1

[0017] (1) Preparation of spikes: before the germination of the green ridges in early spring, the large branches of the middle and upper parts of the mother tree are cut off to promote the re-germination of young new shoots at the cuts;

[0018] (2) Prepare cutting substrate: mix perlite, vermiculite, and peat at a volume ratio of 1:1:1 to make a cutting substrate, dilute 800-1000 times with 50% carbendazim wettable powder and spray to disinfect the cutting substrate ;

[0019] (3) Prepare rooting agent: dissolve 800 mg of indole butyric acid in 20-30 ml of 95% ethanol, then add lanthanum nitrate 25 mg, sucrose 10 mg, finally add water to 1 kg, mix well to make rooting agent, and set aside;

[0020] (4) Cutting cuttings: Select the current-year-old branches that germinate vigorously, have full side buds, and are free from diseases and insect pests after pruning the mother tree of Qinggang. Cut the branches with a length of 6-10cm and a diameter of 0.5-0.8cm as cuttings. The u...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cutting propagation of cyclobalanopsis glauca twigs. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing scion woods; (2) preparing a cutting substrate; (3) preparing rooting agent; (4) cutting slips processing and cutting; and (5) managing and transplanting after cutting. According to the method for cutting propagation of the cyclobalanopsis glauca twigs disclosed by the invention, the cutting survival rate reaches more than 80%, and the excellent hereditary characters of the cyclobalanopsis glauca parent trees can be kept. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and easiness in operation, low cost, simple technical requirements, easiness for promotion and application as well as important application and promotion values in cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling breeding production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for asexual propagation of plants, in particular to a method for cutting propagation of green twigs. Background technique [0002] Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst is an evergreen broad-leaved tree of the Fagaceae Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst. Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst is evergreen in four seasons, with dense branches and leaves, and a round and tall crown. The sloping land is planted in patches to form a landscape forest based on evergreen broad-leaved trees, or as a background tree for flowers and trees. It is naturally distributed in deciduous and broad-leaved mixed forests in the north subtropical, mid-subtropical and southern subtropical regions south of the Yangtze River. Qinggang is generally propagated by seeds, its germination rate is low, the seed shell of Qinggang is relatively hard, and the time for seed germination and unearthed is longer, which affects the growth and development...
