Abstract

The technology specifically comprises the steps: (1) treating with acid, discharging fluid; (2) blenching with sodium chlorite, discharging fluid; (3) cleaning with water; (4) treating with enzyme: employing a desizing enzyme TF-165 and a strong detergent TF-126A, treating at 50 DEG C for 15 minutes without fluid discharging; (5) blenching with hydrogen peroxide: under the condition of no fluid discharging, adding additives comprising an oxygen-blenching stabilizer E-VP, a cold-blenching refiner TF-189L and hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 27.5%, to obtain a mixed solution, adjusting pH value of the mixed solution with sodium hydroxide to be 9.5-10.5, treating at 70 DEG C for 40-60 minutes, discharging fluid; and (6) cleaning with water. The technology is low in oxygen-blenching temperature and small in fiber damage, low in fiber loss rate and high in producing rate; the prepared yarn is improved in flexibility and can be used to knit; and by employing low-temperature blenching, energy is saved.
