Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: adding TiOSO4 and starch into ionized water and uniformly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of TiOSO4 to starch is 1:(4-10); drying the mixed liquid at 100-150 DEG C for 24-48 hours to obtain a precursor; heating the precursor to 1300-2000 DEG C in the presence of a nitrogen atmosphere or ammonia decomposition atmosphere; preserving heat for 1-2 hours and carrying out carbon thermal reduction and nitridation to obtain the TiCN powder. The purities of the used chemical reagents and raw materials are analytically pure or above, the components of the prepared TiCN powder are controlled by the ratio of the added raw materials, and the purity and granularity of the TiCN powder are determined jointly by the material adding sequence and the preparation process.
