A REPDM / RIIR / POE elastomer and a preparation method thereof, relating to an elastomer material and a preparation method thereof, the main components (parts by mass): 100 parts of REPDM combined with RIIR, 1-2 parts of sulfur, 0.9- 2 parts of accelerator, 2.5-8 parts of vulcanization activator, 0-20 parts of carbon black. The present invention adopts REPDM and RIIR to completely replace EPDM and IIR, thereby reducing the cost of waterproof materials and simplifying the processing process.
