Abstract

The invention discloses a mixed solution for processing an ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) engineering plastic surface. The solution is prepared from the following materials by weight ratio: polyether of which the average molecular weight is 500-2000, polyethylene glycol of which the molecular weight is 500-2000, polyacrylic acid of which the average molecular weight is 500-3000, epoxy resin, butyl rubber, methyl silicone resin and alcohol. The invention also provides a processing method of the ABS engineering plastic surface. The processing method comprises two steps of deoiling and soaking. The materials are non-toxic and small in environmental pollution; and the previous procedure of chemical plating is simplified by the surface processing method, and the previous work just includes the steps of deoiling and soaking, thus the processing efficiency of plastic chemical plating is improved.
