Problems solved by technology

Among them, tissue culture has become an effective way to solve the problem of seedlings in industrialization due to its high seedling emergence efficiency. However, tissue culture is used to multiply and cultivate protocorms, then breed them into small plants, and then obtain them for production through continuous subculture. The seedlings are planted after hardening, and the whole process takes at least one year
Among the commonly used propagation methods, the propagation rate of traditional methods such as branching and cuttings is extremely low

Embodiment 1

[0020] The implementation site of this example is the Pingshan Base of Shenzhen Agricultural Science Plant Cloning Seedling Company.

[0021] The specific implementation steps in this example include:

[0022] Materials and pretreatment: The variety is Dendrobium officinale with red stem and soft feet, which is the main plant in Zhejiang. The fresh stems (5-10 days) of the seedlings planted in 2.5-inch cups are selected from the field, and the stems are 30-50cm long. After harvesting, they are naturally dried to half Dehydrated.

[0023] Refrigeration treatment: place the dried fresh stems in a low-temperature refrigerator at 5°C for 48 hours;

[0024] Hidden treatment: take out the refrigerated fresh stems and place them in a dark environment with room temperature and ventilation for 10 days; for example, they can be placed in a black plastic bag in a dark environment with ventilation;

Embodiment 2

[0032] The implementation site of this example is the Pingshan Base of Shenzhen Agricultural Science Plant Cloning Seedling Company.

[0033] The specific implementation steps in this example include:

[0034] Materials and pretreatment: The variety is Dendrobium officinale with soft feet and green stems in Guangnan. The fresh stems (5-10 days) with capped seedlings planted in 3-inch cups in the field are selected. The stem length is 30-50cm.

[0035] Refrigeration treatment:: the fresh stem that aired was placed in the low-temperature refrigerator of 3 ℃ and refrigerated for 24 hours;

[0036] Hidden treatment: take out the refrigerated fresh stems and place them in a dark environment at room temperature for 8 days;

[0037] Substrate coverage: After that, remove the treated fresh stems and place them horizontally in the seedling sieve, lay a 3cm thick substrate in the seedling sieve, and keep the substrate with both hands to squeeze it to the humidity without dripping. The ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for proliferating and propagating dendrobium. The method includes steps of acquiring fresh stems of the dendrobium and naturally drying the fresh stems until the fresh stems are in semi-dehydration states; refrigerating the preprocessed fresh stems of the dendrobium at a low temperature for longer than one day; transferring the refrigerated fresh stems of the dendrobium in dark environments for a plurality of days; shifting the processed fresh stems out of the dark environments and placing the processed fresh stems in seedling sieves; placing the seedling sieves in constant-temperature and shaded environments with the light intensity of 15000-20000lux. Moist substrates are laid in the seedling sieves in a covering manner. The method for proliferating and propagating the dendrobium has the advantages that as verified by comparison, the total sprouting percentage of the dendrobium proliferated and propagated by the method reaches about 70%; the stems of the dendrobium can be directly proliferated and propagated by the method to obtain production seedlings, accordingly, proliferation and propagation procedures are simple, the invested production cost is extremely low, the production time is shorter than 140 days, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost and the production time are saved; the cultivation survival rate is high, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the production technology of dendrobium, in particular to a propagation method of dendrobium. 【Background technique】 [0002] Dendrobium is a plant of the Orchidaceae, many of which are valuable traditional Chinese medicines. Dendrobium is listed as a top-grade Chinese medicine in "Compendium of Materia Medica". Among the 76 species of Dendrobium in my country, nearly 40 species can be used for medicinal purposes. The famous ones are Dendrobium nobile, Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium huoshanense. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Dendrobium officinale and other medicinal Dendrobium are slightly cold in nature, sweet in taste, and enter the lungs, stomach, and kidney meridians. Yin invigorates the kidney, clears heat and promotes body fluid, improves intelligence and tranquilizes the nerves, and strengthens muscles and bones. Dendrobium has been used to treat various difficult and miscellaneous diseases in Chines...
