Abstract

The invention discloses a medical hand sanitizer. The medical hand sanitizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1 part of acetylated lanolin, 3 to 6 parts of glycerinum, 1 to 3 parts of citric acid, 4 to 8 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10 to 20 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.1 to 0.3 part of methylparaben, 1 to 3 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.3 to 0.5 part of flavoring rose essence, and 100 to 200 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the medical hand sanitizer has the advantages of decontaminating, sterilizing, disinfecting, skin care, is rational in a prescription, low in cost, simple in preparation process and high in stability, and has cleaning and antivirus effects.

Example Embodiment

[0018] Example 1
[0019] A medical hand sanitizer, in parts by weight, consisting of the following components:
[0020] Acetylated lanolin: 0.5, glycerin: 3-6, citric acid: 1,
[0021] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: 4, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate: 10,
[0022] Methyl paraben: 0.1, hydroxymethyl cellulose: 1,
[0023] Rose essence: 0.3, water: 100.

Example Embodiment

[0024] Example 2
[0025] A medical hand sanitizer, in parts by weight, consisting of the following components:
[0026] Acetylated lanolin: 1, glycerin: 6, citric acid: 3,
[0027] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: 8, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate: 20,
[0028] Methyl paraben: 0.3, hydroxymethyl cellulose: 3,
[0029] Rose essence: 0.5, water: 200.

Example Embodiment

[0030] Example 3
[0031] A medical hand sanitizer, in parts by weight, consisting of the following components:
[0032] Acetylated lanolin: 0.8, glycerin: 5, citric acid: 2,
[0033] Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether: 6, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate: 15,
[0034] Methyl paraben: 0.2, hydroxymethyl cellulose: 2,
[0035] Rose essence: 0.4, water: 160.
[0036] In the above technical solution, the method for preparing a medical hand sanitizer includes the following technical steps:
[0037] (1) Mix acetylated lanolin and glycerin, and heat to 60~80℃ to obtain component A;
[0038] (2) Mix the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and methyl paraben and heat to 60~80℃ to obtain component B;
[0039] (3) Mix component A and component B, put them in an emulsifier for stirring and emulsification, and add hydroxymethyl cellulose and water at the same time;
[0040] (4) After the emulsification is completed, cool to room temperature, add citric acid and rose essence, stir and mix well to obtain the finished product.
