The health-care wine is characterized in that the health-care wine comprises the following components in parts by weight (100 parts in total): 0.01-1 part of acer truncatum bunge seed oil, 0.01-1 part of pomegranate seed oil, 0.01-1 part of resveratrol, 0.01-1 part of pueraria flavones, 0.01-1 part of vitamin E, 0.1-2 parts of soybean lecithin (ovolecithin), 0.1-2 parts of monoglycerides, and the balance of an edible wine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving resveratrol and pueraria flavones required to be added by using an edible wine with a content of more than 95 degrees; dissolving soyabean lecithin and monoglycerides by using drinking water at a temperature of 60-70 DEG C until a paste is prepared; after the obtained products are mixed, carrying out homogenization treatment on the obtained mixture by using a high-pressure homogenizer. The health-care wine disclosed by the invention has a good effect on preventing and treating the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of middle aged and elderly people; and especially, acer truncatum bunge seed oil and pomegranate seed oil are creatively added in wines.
