The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving resveratrol and pueraria flavones required to be added by using an edible wine with a content of more than 95 degrees; dissolving soyabean lecithin and monoglycerides by using drinking water at a temperature of 60-70 DEG C until a paste is prepared; after the obtained products are mixed, carrying out homogenization treatment on the obtained mixture by using a high-pressure homogenizer.
