Abstract

The high-performance environmentally-friendly flame-retardant reinforced PA66 composite material is prepared from PA6, PA66, GF and a novel halogen-phosphor composite flame retardant as main raw materials, and proper amounts of a compatilizer, a flexibilizer, a dispersant, a lubricant, a heat stabilizer and a coupling agent; and the high-performance environmentally-friendly flame-retardant reinforced PA66 composite material comprises 5-20 parts of PA6, 20-50 parts of PA66, 15-30 parts of GF, 15-30 parts of the novel halogen-phosphor composite flame retardant and 0-15 parts of the compatilizer. The preparation technology comprises the following steps of weighing the above materials according to the above ratio and carrying out blending extrusion by a double screw extruder. Through use of the novel halogen-phosphor composite flame retardant, synergism is produced and a perfect gas-solid phase flame-retardant system is formed. The high-performance environmentally-friendly flame-retardant reinforced PA66 composite material has no toxicity, resists migration and has good flame retardation.
