Embodiment

[0152] Hereinafter, the colored photosensitive resin composition of the present invention will be further described in detail through examples. "%" and "part" in an example refer to mass % and a mass part, unless otherwise indicated.

Synthetic example 1

[0154] 13 parts of methanol were added to 1.30 parts of lithium hydroxide monohydrate (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.), and stirred at 60 degrees. Further, a solution of 1.92 parts of boric acid (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) and 11.55 parts of 2,2'-biphenol (manufactured by Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) dissolved in 67 parts of methanol was added and stirred at 60°C 7 hours. After cooling the mixed solution to room temperature, the precipitate was obtained by suction filtration and washed with 70 parts of acetone to obtain 5.62 parts of a compound represented by the formula (BC-26-Li).

Synthetic example 2

[0157] 100 parts of methanol were added and dissolved in 2.00 parts of sodium hydroxide (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.). Further, 16.02 parts of 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene (manufactured by Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) and 3.09 parts of boric acid (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.) were added, stirred at room temperature for two hours, and further stirred at 65 degrees 8 hours. After cooling the mixed solution to room temperature, the precipitate was obtained by suction filtration, washed with 268 parts of ion-exchanged water, 331 parts of methanol, and 869 parts of acetonitrile to obtain 4.16 parts of a compound represented by the formula (BC-25-Na).

Abstract

Provided is a salt, which is characterized in that the salt is formed by negative ion expressed by the formula (1) and onium positive ion. In the formula (1), Z1 and Z2 respectively and independently express a group having two substituent groups, which are formed by releasing proton from a monovalent substituent group. The onium positive ion is a positive ion from anthocyanin dye, or a positive ion from triarylmethane dye, or a positive ion from xanthenes dye, or a positive ion from anthraquinone dye.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to salts useful as dyes. Background technique [0002] Dyes are used in fields such as fiber materials, liquid crystal display devices, inkjet, and recording materials. [0003] As such dyes, compounds represented by the following formula (d-1), compounds represented by formula (d-2), and compounds represented by formula (h-1) are known, for example (JP2008-106111-A , JP2011-100114-A and Journal of Wuhan University, Li Xueban, Vol.51, Issue 6, 699-703, 2005). [0004] [0005] The above-mentioned conventionally known compounds may not necessarily satisfy the solubility in organic solvents sufficiently. Contents of the invention [0006] The present invention provides the following [1] to [7]. [0007] [1] A salt characterized by being a salt of an anion represented by formula (1) and an onium cation derived from a dye capable of forming a salt with the anion. [0008] [0009] [In formula (1), Z 1 and Z 2 Eac...
