The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide, and relates to an ultra-low volume liquid containing boscalid and a morpholine bactericide, wherein the morpholine bactericide is one selected from dimethomorph, fenpropidin, fenpropimorph, spiroxamine and tridemorph, and boscalid and the morpholine bactericide are mixed so as to obtain a binary active ingredient. The ultra-low volume liquid comprises following ingredients, by weight, 0.5 to 10% of boscalid, 2 to 20% of the morpholine bactericide, 1 to 15% of an accessory ingredient, and the balance a solvent and a cosolvent. The binary active ingredient is composed of boscalid and the morpholine bactericide via mixing; and the morpholine bactericide is one randomly selected from dimethomorph, fenpropidin, fenpropimorph, spiroxamine and tridemorph. The ultra-low volume liquid is suitable for ultra-low volume spraying, low volume spraying and electrostatic spraying; and can be used for preventing and controlling diseases of paddies, fruit trees and vegetables. The ultra-low volume liquid possesses advantages such as quick effect realization, long lasting period, rain wash resistance, low water consumption, and low labor consumption.
