The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the activated sludge with water, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve to obtain a suspension; adding ferric sulfate, stirring at a speed of 150-200r / min, performing centrifugal separation, adding water into a solid mixture, crushing sludge cells by using ultrasonic, performing centrifugal separation, and taking supernatant; and adding epsilon-polylysine, ascorbic acid, ammonium molybdate, methylene succinic acid and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the activated sludge spray-type fertilizer.
