Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a lithium ion diaphragm. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) weighing 15 to 30 parts of high-density polyethylene, 1 to 2 parts of silicon dioxide, 1 to 2 parts of bismuth oxide, 1 to 2 parts of aluminum oxide and 50 to 60 pats of plasticizing agent; (2) mixing the materials in step (1) at a rotation speed of 150 to 180 turns per minute at 180 to 300 DEG C to obtain a homogenous fused mixed solution; (3) extruding the obtained fused mixed solution, and cooling and casting the solution into thick plates on a cooling roller; (4) eluting the prepared thick plates by utilizing an extraction solvent; (5) stretching the eluted thick plate first in longitudinal direction and then in transverse direction at 100-150 DEG C to form a film, wherein the total stretching rate is 5 to 25 times; and (6) drying the film through the hot air of 150DEG C to obtain the lithium ion diaphragm.
