Abstract

The device comprises a burning furnace for providing hot air, a chopper for chopping materials and a drum used for stir-frying and conveying chopped materials, wherein a discharge port of the chopper and an air outlet of the burning furnace are connected with a head end of the drum; a solid substances outlet is formed in the bottom of the tail end of the drum; an exhaust port is further formed in the tail end of the drum and connected with a tail gas treatment device; and the solid substances outlet in the tail end of the drum is further connected with a fuel inlet of the burning furnace through a conveying device. Besides, the chipper is arranged in an isolation room, and combustion air of the burning furnace is led from the isolation room and performs displacement on air in the isolation room. The harmless treatment device for the dead pigs has a good sterilizing effect, reduces energy consumption of dead pig treatment, and improves the heat utilization efficiency; and further, air in the isolation room is taken as combustion air of the burning furnace and used for displacing toxic gas, so that the pollution is reduced.
