Embodiment 1

[0015] A high-temperature treatment method for wood, comprising the steps of:

[0016] stacked timbers, each with gaps on all sides for airflow;

[0017] Fix the position of the stacked timber and prevent the timber from shifting when the air flows through it;

[0018] Place the stacked wood in a stream of saturated steam at 90°C for 16 hours;

[0019] drying the stacked wood in a dry air stream at 135°C;

[0020] placing the stacked timber in a stream of saturated steam at 145°C for 3 hours;

[0021] The stacked lumber is dried and cooled in a dry air stream at room temperature.

Embodiment 2

[0023] A high-temperature treatment method for wood, comprising the steps of:

[0024] stacked timbers, each with gaps on all sides for airflow;

[0025] Fix the position of the stacked timber and prevent the timber from shifting when the air flows through it;

[0026] Place the stacked wood in a stream of saturated steam at 85°C for 14 hours;

[0027] drying the stacked wood in a dry air stream at 130°C;

[0028] Place the stacked wood in a stream of saturated steam at 140°C for 2 hours;

[0029] The stacked lumber is dried and cooled in a dry air stream at room temperature.

Embodiment 3

[0031] A high-temperature treatment method for wood, comprising the steps of:

[0032] stacked timbers, each with gaps on all sides for airflow;

[0033] Fix the position of the stacked timber and prevent the timber from shifting when the air flows through it;

[0034] Place the stacked wood in a stream of saturated steam at 87°C for 15 hours;

[0035] drying the stacked wood in a dry air stream at 132°C;

[0036] placing the stacked timber in a stream of saturated steam at 143°C for 2.5 hours;

[0037] The stacked lumber is dried and cooled in a dry air stream at room temperature.

Abstract

The invention discloses a timber high-temperature treatment method. The timber high-temperature treatment method comprises the following steps of 1, stacking timbers so that gaps for allowing gas flow passing are formed around each one of the timbers, 2, fixing positions of the stacked timbers to prevent timber displacement caused by gas passing, 3, putting the stacked timbers in saturated steam flows having a temperature of 85-90 DEG C for 14-16h, 4, putting the stacked timbers in dry gas flows having a temperature of 130-135 DEG C for drying, 5, putting the stacked timbers in the saturated steam flows having a temperature of 140-145 DEG C for 2-3h, and 6, putting the stacked timbers in the dry gas flows having a room temperature and carrying out drying and cooling. The timbers treated by the timber high-temperature treatment method have preservative effects the same as that of chemically-treated timbers. The timber high-temperature treatment method is free of chemical products and is conducive to environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high temperature treatment method for wood. Background technique [0002] The original wood will be treated to increase its anti-corrosion properties and improve durability. The traditional way of antiseptic treatment is to use chemical treatment, that is, soak wood in chemicals, and realize the antiseptic treatment of wood through the infiltration of chemicals on wood. However, with the improvement of environmental awareness, chemicals are becoming less and less desirable due to their toxicity. As an alternative to chemical treatment, heat treatment, which has recently emerged, can also effectively play a role in anti-corrosion. Heat treatment can stabilize the size of the wood and dry the wood to improve the durability of the wood. According to the species, wood can be divided into hardwood and softwood, of which hardwood is mainly broad-leaved trees, and softwood is mainly pointer-leaved trees. Hardwoods are more diffi...
