Abstract

The invention relates to a hydroprocessing method of high-nitrogen raw materials. High-nitrogen heavy distillate oil is adopted as the raw materials. A two-section technological process is adopted. Under hydrofining conditions, the heavy distillate oil raw materials and hydrogen are mixed and fed into a first-section reaction zone. A hydrofining catalyst is adopted in the first-section reaction zone. The denitrification percent in the first-section reaction zone is controlled to be 20-70%. A gas phase obtained by gas-liquid separation of effluents of the first-section reaction zone is reused after the gas phase is subjected to a purity removal step. A liquid phase obtained by gas-liquid separation of the effluents of the first-section reaction zone is fed into a second-section reaction zone to be subjected to a hydroprocessing reaction. The hydrofining catalyst is adopted in the second-section reaction zone. Effluents of the second-section reaction zone are fed into a separation system to obtain a hydroprocessing reaction product. Compared with the hydroprocessing technologies at present, the hydroprocessing method provided by the invention can largely improve the product quality and enhance processing capability of a device, or can reduce the operating pressure and reduce the operating cost under the same product quality and the same processing capability.
