The preparation method comprises the following steps: silver powder treatment: after the nanometer conductive carbon particles are uniformly dispersed in partial solvent, adding nano-silver, and heating until 10%-60% of solvent is evaporated; macromolecule resin treatment: adding macromolecule resin and the remaining solvent, heating sufficiently for dissolution, and filtering impurities or insoluble substances; silver paste preparation: grinding the silver powder and the macromolecule resin after being treated in a three-roller machine until the fineness is 1-8 microns so as to obtain the yellow light manufacturing process silver paste.
