Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting nickel from manganese cobalt nickel waste slag. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: (a) adding water to manganese cobalt nickel slag according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:(2-5) for mixing, and heating and bubbling under stirring to obtain cobalt nickel foam slag and a ferromanganese iron dreg; (b) heating and acid-washing the cobalt nickel foam slag, and filtering to obtain a cobalt nickel filter cake; (c) curing and leaching the cobalt nickel filter cake with a concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain a cobalt nickel solution; (d) removing impurities including copper, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese and zinc in the cobalt nickel solution so that the mass concentration of the impurities in the solution is reduced below 0.01 g / L; (e) extracting the cobalt nickel solution which is subjected to impurity removal with a P507 extraction agent and separating a nickel sulfate solution and a cobalt-loaded organic phase; and (f) carrying out cooling crystallization on the nickel sulfate solution and recycling a nickel sulfate product. The production conditions utilized in the method are relatively simple and can be efficiently grouped, and the nickel recycling rate is high.
