Embodiment 1

[0035] (1) Accurately weigh 60g of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), dissolve it in 120mL of deionized water, ultrasonicate and stir until it is completely dissolved. Weigh 6g of calcium hydroxide and add it into the dispersant solution, and stir it mechanically for 20 minutes at room temperature to make it fully mixed to form a reaction bottom liquid.

[0036](2) Add 63.46mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide into the self-made slow titration device, control the flow rate at 20-30 drops / min, slowly drop into the bottom solution, and react at room temperature with constant stirring. Continue to react for 15 minutes after the dropwise addition is completed, so that the calcium salt and hydrogen peroxide fully react to form stable nano-scale calcium peroxide particles.

[0037] (3) The formed precipitate was centrifuged, and the product was washed with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and dried under vacuum at 30°C for 24 hours to obtain nanoscale calcium peroxide powder.

Abstract

The invention provides a modification method for nano calcium peroxide with controllable particle size. The modification method comprises the following steps: adding a certain amount of a calcium salt to dispersing agent solutions of different concentrations; mixing to prepare a reaction base solution under an ultrasonic condition; slowly dripping hydrogen peroxide solution with a certain concentration to the reaction base solution at a certain rate, wherein the reaction base solution is stirred continuously; after the dripping is completed, allowing the reaction to continue for 10-20 min; after the complete reaction, the mixed solution is centrifuged to obtain precipitate; washing repeatedly with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol; placing in a vacuum drying box for drying for 24-48 h to obtain the nano calcium peroxide with different particle sizes. The modification method has the benefits that the process is simple; the reaction conditions are mild; the reaction time is short; the added dispersing agent in the reaction is non-toxic and harmless, low in cost and easy to obtain; no pollutants is generated in the production process; the prepared product is high in performance; nano calcium peroxide of different particle sizes can be prepared under different reaction conditions, and the average particle size is 10-200 nm. The invention provides a novel synthetic method for the nano calcium peroxide for groundwater remediation, and the particle size of the prepared calcium peroxide can be controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, relates to the restoration technology of groundwater pollution, in particular to a method for modifying nanometer calcium peroxide with controllable particle size. Background technique [0002] In recent years, groundwater pollution has become the focus of attention. According to statistics, about 90% of groundwater in my country is suffering from different degrees of pollution. [1] . Groundwater is the source of drinking water for many cities in northern China. Groundwater pollution has seriously threatened human health. The main cause of groundwater pollution is industrial pollution. Industrial wastewater is directly discharged into the underground aquifer without treatment to cause pollution; Penetrates into groundwater. The result of pollution is that the groundwater contains a large number of harmful components such as: phenols, heavy metals, petroleum and petrochemical ...
