Abstract

The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) arranging a pinhole detector and respectively leading a positive power wire and a negative power wire out of the pinhole detector; (2) setting a solution detection area and respectively arranging a mixed solution container and a water solution container in the solution detection area, putting the positive power wire on the pinhole detector into the mixed solution container and putting the negative power wire in the water solution container; (3) arranging a material preparation device and an infrared sensor; (4) arranging a cutting device which is connected with the infrared sensor; (5) arranging a taking and retracting device for putting the enamelled copper wire into the solution detection area and taking the enamelled copper wire out of the solution detection area; and (6) arranging a control system which is connected with the taking and retracting device and used for controlling the working state.
