Embodiment 1

[0032] 1. Dried Mikania micrantha coarse-leaved grass powder to make its water content less than 10%, crushed through a 140-mesh sieve to obtain refined leaf grass powder;

[0033] 2. Weigh 0.150g (6.881 parts) of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.030g (1.376 parts) of magnesium stearate and mix with 2.180g (100 parts) of the above grass powder to prepare a grass powder-auxiliary mixture;

[0034] 3. Silica is passed through a 140-mesh sieve, ready to use;

[0035] 4. Mix 0.040g (1.835 parts) of d-methrinthrin with 0.300g (13.761 parts) of silicon dioxide powder;

[0036] 5. Add 0.300g (13.761 parts) of lavender essence to the mixture of d-methrinthrin and silicon dioxide powder prepared in step 4, and stir evenly to obtain drug-loaded silicon dioxide powder;

[0037] 6. Mix the grass powder-auxiliary mixture obtained in step 2 and the drug-loaded silica powder obtained in step 5 evenly, move it to a mold, and press it into a tablet under a pressure of 6 MPa.

Embodiment 2

[0039] 1. Dry the Mikania micrantha leaf powder to make the water content less than 10%, crush it through a 120-mesh sieve to obtain refined leaf grass powder;

[0040] 2. Mix 0.150g (7.109 parts) of microcrystalline cellulose and 0.030g (1.422 parts) of magnesium stearate with the above-mentioned 2.11g (100 parts) of grass powder to prepare a grass powder-auxiliary mixture;

[0041] 3. Pass the silica through a 120-mesh sieve, and set aside;

[0042] 4. Mix 0.020g (0.948 parts) of d-threnthrin with 0.300g (14.218 parts) of silicon dioxide powder;

[0043] 5. Add 0.390g (18.483 parts) of lavender essence to the mixture of d-methrinthrin and silicon dioxide powder prepared in step 4, and stir evenly to obtain drug-loaded silicon dioxide powder;

[0044] 6. Mix the grass powder-auxiliary mixture obtained in step 2 and the drug-loaded silica powder obtained in step 5 evenly, move it to a mold, and press it into a tablet under a pressure of 12 MPa.

Embodiment 3

[0046] 1. Dry the Mikania micrantha leaf powder to make the water content less than 10%, crush it through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain refined leaf grass powder;

[0047]2. Mix 0.150g (6.849 parts) sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.030g (1.370 parts) magnesium stearate with the above 2.190g (100 parts) grass powder, and prepare a grass powder-auxiliary mixture;

[0048] 3. Silica is passed through a 100-mesh sieve for use;

[0049] 4. Mix 0.030g (1.370 parts) of d-methrinthrin with 0.300g (13.699 parts) of silicon dioxide powder;

[0050] 5. Add 0.300 g (13.699 parts) of lavender essence to the mixture of d-threnthrin and silicon dioxide powder prepared in step 4, and stir evenly to obtain drug-loaded silicon dioxide powder;

[0051] 6. Mix the grass powder-auxiliary mixture obtained in step 2 and the drug-loaded silica powder obtained in step 5 evenly, move it to a mold, and press it into a tablet under a pressure of 12 MPa.

Abstract

The invention relates to an efficient anti-moth agent taking an alien invasive plant mikania micrantha as a carrier and a preparation method thereof. The anti-moth agent is a tablet prepared by taking empenthrin and lavender essence as main anti-moth compositions, cooperating with certain auxiliary agents and employing a direct powder compression method. The anti-moth agent has safe environment-friendly long-acting anti-moth and fragrance-increasing dual effects, and is simple in technology, low in production cost and short in production period. The anti-moth agent fully utilizes biological characteristics of mikania micrantha that monoterpene and sesquiterpene chemical compositions in mikania-micrantha volatile-oil compositions are capable of expelling oviposition of insects and have certain contact toxicity, so that mikania micrantha is changed from harm to treasure, and a new approach is provided for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of mikania micrantha.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a mothproof agent with mikania micrantha as a carrier and a preparation method thereof. Especially with a healthy, efficient and multifunctional mothproofing agent for articles such as leather, wool, silk floss, books and the like. Background technique: [0002] The hygienic anti-mite agents with an annual sales volume of thousands of tons in my country are mainly p-dichlorobenzene, camphor, and naphthalene pills. These traditional anti-mite agents generally have poor repellent effect, large dosage, odor or high toxicity. Naphthalene, in the early 1970s, with the increase of research reports on the toxicity of naphthalene, people gradually realized that naphthalene would cause serious harm to the human body. In the late 1980s, the United States and some countries in Western Europe banned naphthalene mothproofing agents successively. In my country, in 1993, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Health jo...
