Problems solved by technology

[0003] Nano-zinc oxide, as a new type of nano-medical material, is widely used in the field of external antibacterial and anti-inflammation, but nano-materials have their limitations, the skin surface is damaged, and nanoparticles enter the human body, which can easily stimulate the human immune system and cause potential adverse reactions. These defects greatly limit the application of medical nanomaterials including nano-ZnO

Embodiment Construction

[0008] The present invention will be further described now in conjunction with accompanying drawing. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams only to illustrate the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, so they only show the components related to the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the implementation of the present invention.

[0009] Such as figure 1 In the dressing shown, the base cloth 1 has an adhesive layer 2, the adhesive layer 2 in the middle of the base cloth 1 is pasted with a protective layer 3, the protective layer 3 is covered with a release paper 4, and the outer edge of the release paper 4 is fixed on the base cloth 1 on the corresponding exposed part of the periphery.

[0010] The internal structure of the protective layer is as figure 2 As shown, the protection layer 3 is composed of nano-zinc oxide composite layer 3.1, spongy fabric layer 3.2, and non-woven fabric reinforcing layer 3.3 in order f...

Abstract

Provided is a dressing with a nano-zinc oxide composite antibiosis layer. The dressing is provided with a base cloth (1). An adhering layer (2) is arranged on the inner face of the base cloth in a coating mode. A protecting layer (3) is pasted on the middle adhering layer of the base cloth. Release paper (4) is arranged on the protecting layer. The outer edge of the release paper is fixed on a corresponding exposed part on the periphery of the base cloth. The dressing is characterized in that the protecting layer is divided into three layers which are a nano-zinc oxide composite layer (3.1), a spongy fabric layer (3.2) and a non-woven fabric reinforcing layer (3.3) in sequence from the position near the base cloth to the position far from the base cloth, the thickness of the nano-zinc oxide composite layer is 0.5 mm- 1mm, the nano-zinc oxide composite layer is formed by the fact that nano-zinc oxide particles (3.12) are evenly arranged on a polymer base (3.11) in a coating mode, the D90 particle diameter of the nano-zinc oxide particles is 30 nm-50 nm, polylactic acid is used on the polymer base, and the nano-zinc oxide particles are fixed on the polymer base in an adhesive-bonding or heating-fixing mode.

Description

field of invention [0001] The invention relates to a medical dressing. Background technique [0002] Medical dressings generally include an adhesive layer, a base cloth and a protective layer, which are attached to the surface of the wound through the protective layer to prevent further infection of the wound. By improving the composition and structure of the protective layer, improving its anti-infection and promoting healing effect has become a problem to be solved in the prior art. These defects greatly limit the application of medical nanomaterials including nano-zinc oxide. Invention content: [0004] The invention provides a d...
