Embodiment Construction

[0039] The present invention will be described in further detail below according to accompanying drawing and embodiment:

[0040] The image measurement method for the micro-deformation of geotechnical materials can be briefly summarized as follows. First, the image acquisition equipment is used to collect images during the compression process of the specimen, and then the image is processed by the measurement program of the present invention, that is, analog-to-digital conversion.

[0041] In order to realize the image information acquisition process, the embodiment of the image acquisition module in the present invention is for example figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0042] (1) Preparation of experimental specimens. There is no requirement for the composition of the test piece; the shape of the test piece is required to be cylindrical, and the size is 50mm (diameter) × 100mm (height).

[0043] (2) Put the specimen prepared in (1) in a YH-40B standard consta...

Abstract

The invention provides a measuring method for micro-deformation of a geotechnical material, which relates to image edge recognition and pixel measuring techniques. The method is applied to measurement of micro-deformation of a geotechnical material for the first time. A measuring apparatus comprises a WDW-E50D universal tester, an image acquisition device and a microcomputer. The measuring method comprises two parts, namely, image acquisition and image processing, wherein image processing comprises system parameter calibration and deformation determination, and each of the two parts comprises image graying, image binaryzation, test piece edge recognition, pixel determination, information storage and chart drawing. According to the invention, image information of different resolution is rapidly processed in batches, synchronous direct measurement of transverse and vertical deformation of a geotechnical material test piece is carried out under the condition of uniaxial compression test, the WDW-E50D universal tester is cooperatively used for acquisition of data, and a program automatically acquires scattered points and drafts the complete stress-strain curve of the material; the test piece and deformation are not interfered in the whole test process, non-contact measurement is realized, and the method can be extensively applied to determination of deformation of the geotechnical material during uniaxial compression testing.

Description

technical field [0001] The measurement method in the present invention involves image edge recognition and pixel measurement technology, and is mainly used for non-contact synchronous direct measurement of transverse and longitudinal deformation in uniaxial compression experiments of geotechnical materials and data processing of uniaxial compressive strength measurement results. Background technique [0002] The application of the digital image measurement technology in the present invention in the geotechnical material compression deformation experiment hardly has a systematic report. In 1993, at a special conference on digital image processing technology held in the U.S., Emir et al. published an article entitled "Use The article "Measurement of volumetric deformation of triaxial test with digital image technology" is only a new measurement method for volumetric deformation of triaxial test piece proposed in order to cooperate with the US NASA space station to study the str...
