Abstract

Solid laminated wood of a novel structure is composed of first square battens of a novel structure and second square battens of a novel structure. The two kinds of square battens are consistent in shape and structure, wherein a tenon is arranged on the middle portion of the top of each batten in the chordwise direction, side mortises are arranged on the two sides of the tenon on the top of each batten in the chordwise direction, a mortise groove is formed in the middle portion of the bottom of each batten in the chordwise direction, side tenons are arranged on the two sides of the mortise groove in the bottom of each batten in the chordwise direction, and the first square battens of the novel structure are twice as long as the second square battens of the novel structure. When the two kinds of square battens are combined into the laminated wood, the second square battens and the first square battens are spliced in a crossing mode in the shape of three stacked squares so that the tenons and the mortise grooves of the two kinds of battens can be combined and the side mortises and the side tenons of the two kinds of battens can be combined to form a tenon and mortise inlaid structure. In the splicing process, the two kinds of battens are adjusted to be arranged and spliced in the cross mode according to the required wood length so as to form a piece of laminated wood with any length and width; due to the fact that the battens are firmly sleeved with one another as a whole, the formed laminated wood is accordingly stable and firm, and a new type of laminated wood is added for artificial boards.
