calendering to modify the paper surface, and finally performing
coating by using a treatment liquid, so that the high-performance
digital paper is obtained. By combining the modified
calcium carbonate, the
starch glue liquid, the reasonable coating
raw material ratio and the suitable treatment liquid, the performance of the paper can be enhanced, the
digital paper can quickly absorb the water-based ink, the ink adhesion is strong, and the color restoration is strong. In addition, the high-performance digital paper developed by the application can replace the
solvent type ink with the water-based ink, so that the
pollution of the
organic solvent to the environment can be avoided, and the development trend of the world green
