In the invention, the sugarcane is employed as a raw material, wherein sugar in the sugarcane is a best nitrogen source of the microorganism so that breeding of the microorganism is rapid and a fermentation effect is better. In addition, the sugarcane is good in palatability and animals like to eat the sugarcane. Meanwhile, an employed EM strain can significantly promote degradation of organic substances so that the contents of nutritional elements can increase better, thereby being beneficial to improvement of quality of a feed product. The biological feed is rich in various beneficial microorganisms. When animals eat the feed, the microorganisms and beneficial bacteria in stomach and intestines can form a strong dominant population together so that a promoting effect on synthesis of proteins in organisms is achieved. Meanwhile, large amounts of amino acid, proteins, vitamins, various digestive enzymes and micro-scale growth-promoting factors are secreted and synthesized so that immunity of the animals can be significantly enhanced and usage of veterinary drugs is reduced and even the veterinary drug is not used.
