Embodiment 1

[0019] A: Pretreatment: Take 250 kg of soybean oil scraps containing 4%-8% natural vitamin E, and put them into the scraped film evaporator for dehydration and deodorization. Between ℃; speed 130rpm; vacuum pumping for 5 hours; B: Take 100 grams of the oil obtained from the deodorization and dehydration treatment in the above steps, add 200 grams of ethanol to dissolve; C: add 0.2 grams of zinc chloride, 10 milliliters of tetrahydropyridine D: then filter to obtain 15 grams of light yellow solid; E: dissolve the filtrate in 75 grams of ethanol; F: add 5 milliliters of oxalic acid solution with a concentration of 0.3% by weight, at 45 Stir at ℃ for 10 hours; G: then filter out the insoluble sterols; H: evaporate the mother liquor to ethanol to obtain 9 grams of oily substance with a vitamin E content of 50.8%.

Embodiment 2

[0021] A: Pretreatment: Take 250 kg of soybean oil scraps containing 4%-8% natural vitamin E, and put them into the scraped film evaporator for dehydration and deodorization. Between ℃; rotating speed 130rpm; vacuum pumping for 5 hours; B: Take 100 grams of the oil obtained from the deodorization and dehydration treatment in the above steps, add 600 grams of ethanol to dissolve; C: add 1 gram of zinc chloride, 15 milliliters of tetrahydropyridine Fur, stir at room temperature for 50 hours; D: then filter to obtain 10 grams of light yellow solid; E: dissolve the filtrate in 100 grams of ethanol; F: add 5 milliliters of acetic acid solution with a concentration of 0.8% by weight, at 50 Stir at ℃ for 11 hours; G: Then filter out insoluble sterols; H: Evaporate the mother liquor to ethanol to obtain 8 grams of oil with a vitamin E content of 87%.

Embodiment 3

[0023] A: Pretreatment: Take 250 kg of soybean oil scraps containing 4%-8% natural vitamin E, and put them into the scraped film evaporator for dehydration and deodorization. Between ℃; rotating speed 130rpm; vacuum pumping for 5 hours; B: take 100 grams of the oil obtained from the deodorization and dehydration treatment in the above steps, add 400 grams of ethanol to dissolve; C: add 0.5 grams of zinc chloride, 13 milliliters of tetrahydropyridine Furnish, stir at room temperature for 50 hours; D: then filter to obtain 11 grams of light yellow solid; E: dissolve the filtrate in 70 grams of ethanol; F: add 10 milliliters of acetic acid solution with a concentration of 0.3% by weight, at 55 Stir at ℃ for 12 hours; G: then filter out the insoluble sterols; H: evaporate the mother liquor to ethanol to obtain 7.8 g of oily substance with a content of 85%.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for industrial extraction of natural vitamin E. The method is characterized by including the steps of: A. subjecting soybean oil leftover containing 4%-8% of natural vitamin E to vacuum deodorization dehydration treatment in a wiped-film evaporator; B. then adding a certain amount of ethanol into the treated oily matter for dissolution; C. then adding a catalytic amount of zinc chloride and a specified amount of tetrahydropyrane, and performing stirring at room temperature; D. filtering the precipitate; E. then dissolving the precipitate in ethanol; F. adding a catalytic amount of an organic weak acid water solution to carry out reaction at 45-55DEG C; G. at the end of the reaction, conducting filtering to remove sterol; and H. concentrating the mother liquor dry, thus obtaining natural vitamin E. The method provided by the invention can avoid multistage molecular rectification, and reduces the damage of long-time high temperature and high pressure on vitamin E. The natural vitamin E product extracted by the method provided by the invention has an effective content of greater than or equal to 50%. The employed solvent can be recycled and reused repeatedly. Being convenient and easy to operate, the method is suitable for industrialized production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for extracting natural vitamin E, in particular to a process for extracting natural vitamin E from soybean oil leftovers. Background technique [0002] Natural vitamin E (tocopherol) is mainly found in vegetable oil seeds, and soybeans, corn germs, cottonseeds, and sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E. Vitamin E has unique physiological functions, including elimination of free radicals in humans and animals, protection of biofilm stability, anti-aging, anti-tumor, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases; maintenance and enhancement of reproductive function, promotion of gonad development, improvement of reproductive function, natural Vitamin E is more and more widely used in food, feed, health products and other products. [0003] At present, the technological methods for extracting natural vitamin E mainly include: [0004] J.Am.Oil Chem.Sec., 2004, 81: 339-345 reported that the deodorized soybeans wer...
