Problems solved by technology

In the southern tropical and subtropical regions, due to the high temperature and high light intensity in summer, the domestication of test-tube seedlings must be carried out under specific equipment conditions, and the natural transitional domestication in the field is basically unable to survive.

Embodiment 1

[0019] Embodiment 1, the application of a summer domestication transition method of strawberry tissue culture seedlings in Ningde, Fujian

[0020] Strawberry tissue culture rapid propagation technology is an effective method to ensure the purity of germplasm, reduce pests and diseases, and expand the area of introduced improved varieties. In order to quickly popularize and apply the imported varieties of strawberry Min'a, Minsheng and Minbo, we conducted summer training experiments on tissue cultured seedlings at an altitude of 820m in Jitou Village, Yangzhong Town, Jiaocheng District, Ningde City. Since the tissue culture seedlings are grown in the culture medium under constant temperature, constant humidity and aseptic conditions, they have poor adaptability and stress resistance to the external environment, and improper domestication management will cause a large number of seedlings to die. Therefore, the domestication of tissue culture seedlings plays an important role i...

Abstract

The invention relates to a summer acclimation transition method for strawberry tissue culture seedlings. An acclimation transition nursery for the strawberry tissue culture seedlings in summer is established by taking river sand as a field building substrate on a high mountain of which the elevation is not lower than 800 m, wherein the establishment of the acclimation transition nursery comprises the contents of preparing soil of the nursery, killing underground pests, building a seedling shred, transplanting and transiting the tissue culture seedlings, and managing the nursery. According to the summer acclimation transition method for the strawberry tissue culture seedlings, the river sand is taken as the field building substrate, so that the soil is not required to be sterilized; the substrate is clean; pest sources are few; the survival rate of the tissue culture seedlings is high; the survival rate of young seedlings reaches 98.5 percent. The method helps to establish a technical system for propagating strawberry tissue culture seedlings easily and effectively by utilizing a higher-elevation area in summer. By adopting the technical method disclosed by the invention, the acclimation cost of the strawberry tissue culture seedlings is greatly reduced; moreover, the tips of creeping stems of the variety with high flowering and fruiting performance can be taken timely for performing tissue culturing in the introduced cultivation of a new strawberry variety; after subculture, the strawberry tissue culture seedlings can be transited and acclimated in May to August; the propagation speed of virus-free seedlings is increased by over 20 times; the promotion and application speed of the new strawberry variety is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nursery stock cultivation method of horticultural crops, in particular to a summer domestication transition method for strawberry tissue culture seedlings. It belongs to the technical field of crop cultivation. Background technique [0002] China is now one of the countries where strawberry is cultivated the most. Originally, it was cultivated in the northern region, but in recent years, the cultivated area has expanded rapidly in the south of China. Due to the rapid development of production, strawberry seedlings are in great demand. Traditionally, strawberry seedlings are produced using stolons and divisions, but long-term use of this asexual propagation method will cause strawberries to be infected with viruses, accumulate and degrade the variety. No effective drug has been found to cure strawberry virus disease yet. In recent years, the rapid propagation of virus-free strawberry seedlings can be realized by using tissu...
